820-010 Filter with Refill
The 820-010 MR “CAMEL” water removal and filtration system includes the manual refill option. This option is designed to enable the operator to easily replace the oil lost during filter changes, to top off the gear box oil level or to refill the entire gearbox at the filtration unit.
This system uses a manual 3-way valve to connect an oil reservoir to the pump inlet. Under normal situations the oil is pulled from the gearbox up through the three-way valve into the filtration system. When the oil in the gearbox drops below the minimum level, or is diminished during a filter element change, the 3-way valve handle can be rotated to connect the pump inlet to the oil reservoir which is mounted on the right hand side of the filtration cabinet.
The oil reservoir is manufactured from clear Lexan tube and rugged aluminum plate. It has a fill cap on the top and uses all stainless fittings and hardware.
